This book is totally relevant to your classic car, and covers everything you might want to know about regarding the use of modern fuel in your old TVR. I have the full tuning kit ready for my 3000M now and therefore will soon be adding a section on how to tune your engine to get the best performance, with modern fuel, using some moderately expensive but essential tuning tools. A simple "couple of degrees retarded ignition for unleaded" is not now relevant as you will find out. The book was written by Paul Ireland and is very technical in content, and backed by fully explained tests carried out at Manchester University. It also covers why fuel goes "off" so fast if left in a standing vehicle, and has some surprising results on this.
